Leave Evernote & Notion
without two months of cleanup

Official exports silently break tables, internal links, attachments and databases. NoteRescue migrates everything to Obsidian/Markdown with high fidelity — and shows you an honest report of every single fix.

What official exports actually do to your notes

Tables get mangledMerged cells and colors are destroyed in ENEX → Markdown conversion
Internal links breakEvernote exports drop link targets; Notion appends 32-char UUIDs to every filename
Images & files go missingNotion doesn't download externally-embedded images. Windows silently drops files with long paths
Databases become dumb CSVsViews, relations and rollups are gone. Nobody warns you

FAQ

How is this different from the free Obsidian Importer / Yarle?

Same starting point, different finish line. Free tools convert what's easy and silently drop the rest — tables with merged cells, internal links (ENEX doesn't store targets), attachment names, image sizes. NoteRescue repairs these and documents every decision. If you're comfortable with CLIs and manual cleanup, the free tools are genuinely fine.

Do my notes get uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything runs on your machine. The optional account-sync mode talks directly to Evernote's official API from your computer using your own token.

What about Notion databases?

We convert them to readable Markdown tables and keep the original CSVs — and we tell you explicitly that views, relations and rollups cannot be recovered from Notion's export. No tool can fix that; we're just the only one that's honest about it.

Which targets are supported?

Obsidian vault (wiki links, attachments folder, frontmatter), plain Markdown, and batch PDF.
